Accessibility statement

This booking service aims to be usable by everyone, including people who rely

on assistive technology.

Standard we target

The online booking flow is built and tested against WCAG 2.1 level AA, the

standard the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and EN 301 549 reference for

e-commerce services. This covers keyboard-only operation, screen-reader

labelling, status announcements, form errors and colour contrast on the

booking widget and guest pages.

How we verify it

Every change to the booking flow runs an automated accessibility check (axe)

that must find zero serious or critical issues, plus a keyboard-only

end-to-end test of the whole booking journey. Automated checks do not catch

everything, so we also review new screens by hand.

Known limitations

  • Downloadable PDF documents (invoices, registration sheets) are not yet

tagged for full screen-reader structure.

  • The operator-facing dashboard is out of scope for this statement; it is a

staff tool, not a public service.

Contact

If you have trouble using this booking service, or need your booking made a

different way, please contact the campground directly — the contact details

are on the park's own page. We will help you complete your booking and we want

to hear about the problem so we can fix it.

*This statement covers the Camp44 booking software the campground uses.*
