Guests pick their pitch on a real map of your park and pay online, into your own account. Every plan includes every feature — invoicing, guest registration and tourist tax for 20 countries built in.
Plays well with everything you already run
No implementation project, no consultant, no onboarding fee.
Send us your park plan (paper, PDF, scan, or an OpenStreetMap name) and we build your pitch map. Moving from another system? We migrate your bookings and guests too.
Rate plans, seasons, discounts, extras and deposits. Booking rules and minimum stays. VAT, tourist tax, or your US/Canadian rates. Set once; every booking prices itself.
Publish your booking site in five languages, embed the widget in your own website, connect Pitchup, Booking.com and iCal. Payments go to your own account.
The full list. No add-ons, no modules, no gated tiers — plans differ only by park size.

Included in every plan. Not metered per guest, per declaration, or per surprise. Every preset is source-dated — you review and confirm it before it prices a single booking.
Every plan includes everything above, free setup, and no commission. The only difference is how big your park is. For comparison: booking platforms charge around 15% of every booking.
For parks up to 50 pitches.
For parks up to 150 pitches.
Unlimited pitches, any number of properties.
Your first year at −50% (€149 Starter, €249 Pro, €499 Scale), the whole migration done white-glove by us, and a lifetime price-lock on your plan. In return: your logo as a reference, two feedback calls a quarter, and your municipality helping us validate the compliance reports.
The 15-park cap is enforced in billing, not by marketing. Terms in the booking conditions.
Free forever: a claimable park page with your live map. Every price excludes VAT. Full pricing details
Two things, on every plan: your map and your data. We build your pitch map from whatever you have — a paper plan, a scan, a PDF, a satellite screenshot, or your park's name if it's on OpenStreetMap — with your real pitch numbers, categories and sizes. And we help you migrate: your existing bookings and guests come across, you run both systems in parallel while you check the numbers, then flip. No setup fee, no hourly rate.
Only the size of your park. Starter covers up to 50 pitches, Pro up to 150, Scale is unlimited (and any number of properties). Every plan has every feature, every country, free setup and no commission — nothing is gated behind a tier.
No. Payments settle straight into your own Stripe or Mollie account — we are not in the money flow, and there are no commissions and no per-booking fees on any plan. You pay the flat yearly price and nothing else.
Camp44 collects exactly the guest data your country's rules require, then prepares the register or the authority file for you: portal-upload files for Italy (Alloggiati), Croatia (eVisitor), Spain (SES.Hospedajes / Mossos / Ertzaintza), Czechia (Ubyport), Slovenia (eTurizem) and Portugal (SIBA), and print-and-keep registers for France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the UK, Ireland and the Nordics. In North America the state statutes that exist (Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Maine) and British Columbia's camping register are prepared the same way. You review, submit through the authority's own portal where one exists, and record the reference — Camp44 never files behind your back. Included in every plan, not metered per guest.
Both are assisted. Tourist tax ships with source-dated rate presets for Dutch, Belgian and Polish municipalities, German and Austrian Kurorte, French DGFiP data, Italian comuni, Croatian counties and UK levies — you review and confirm them, and Camp44 prepares the declaration figures for your council's own form or portal. Invoicing follows each country's law: EN 16931 documents with XRechnung, Peppol BIS, Factur-X-profile CII and FatturaPA files where those rails apply — and where the law reserves invoicing for certified software (Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Slovenia), Camp44 prepares the data and you issue in your own tool. Accounting exports to DATEV, Exact Online or CSV.
Yes — with North America's rules, not Europe's pasted over them. Prices are entered tax-exclusive and the taxes are added on top, itemized: verified state lodging and sales-tax presets where the state actually taxes campsites (with the 28/30-day and written-notice exemptions each state really has), your county and city rates entered once at onboarding, and Canadian GST/HST or GST+QST by province with your registration numbers on every receipt. Payments run on your own Stripe account in USD or CAD, with ACH and PAD direct debit for seasonal instalments, and checks or Interac e-Transfers recorded at the desk.
No. You get a guest booking site in English, Dutch, French, German and Italian, with your map on it. If you already have a website, embed the booking widget in it instead and keep the site you have.
Connect Pitchup directly, reach Booking.com and Airbnb through Channex, and import or export iCal both ways. Availability stays in one place, so the same pitch can't be sold twice.
Yes — migration support is part of the free setup. Bring your existing bookings and guests in, run both systems in parallel while you check the numbers, then flip. Founding partners get the whole migration done white-glove, by us.
No. Export everything — bookings, guests, invoices, the map — whenever you want, in open formats. Plans are yearly, there is no setup fee and no exit fee, and the public API means your data was never only ours to read.
No card, no sales call. Your park online and taking bookings within days.
